Description
A gift they open twice
Once when the box arrives, and again when they’re standing beside an open hive. This Black Friday, our Discover Beekeeping voucher comes as a proper present: a printed card and a jar of our own raw honey, posted free.
In the box
- The gift voucher as a printed card, ready to wrap
- A 227g jar of our raw honey, from our hives on the North Kent Downs
- Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery
The voucher costs the same £70 as always. The honey, the card and the postage are on us.
The experience
A relaxed, hands-on session for complete beginners at our apiary in Detling, in the Kent Downs countryside. In a small group of 4 to 8, they’ll put on a bee suit, open a real hive with us, hold frames of bees, brood and honey, and learn to spot the queen. Afterwards there’s tea, coffee and a tasting of our honey with fresh bread and cheese. It lasts about 3 to 4 hours and suits anyone aged 10 and up (under-18s with an adult).
How it works
- Order any time until midnight on Cyber Monday, 30 November.
- We email you the voucher code straight away.
- Want it to land in their inbox on a special day? Choose a date at checkout and we’ll email the voucher to them early that morning, Christmas Day included.
- We post the printed card and the honey to your delivery address in good time for Christmas. To send it straight to them, use their address for delivery.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months. They pick their own date online from our May to September season.
