Bramble Farm Bees is a family-run beekeeping business based in Maidstone, Kent, UK. We sell raw honey, beeswax products, and offer beekeeping experiences.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration purposes. Natural products like honey may vary slightly in colour and consistency between batches – this is normal and reflects the raw, unprocessed nature of our products.

Allergen Warning: Our honey products contain bee products. If you have allergies to bee stings or bee products, please consult a medical professional before consuming.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). Food products including honey are zero-rated for VAT. Non-food items may be subject to VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Local collection is available by arrangement. See our shipping policy for full details.

5. Experience Days

Experience day bookings are subject to weather conditions and bee welfare. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsuitable. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided.

6. Live Bees

Live bee purchases (nucleus colonies, queen bees) are seasonal and subject to availability. Collection is by arrangement only. Buyers must have appropriate knowledge and equipment for beekeeping.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and logos is the property of Bramble Farm Bees and protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
