Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bramble Farm Bees. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including postage costs.
Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@bramblefarmbees.com with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Honey and food products
- Soaps and skincare items
- Candles that have been burned
Experience Days
Experience day bookings can be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the experience date are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your place. If we cancel due to weather or bee welfare, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Live Bees
Live bee purchases (nucleus colonies, queen bees) cannot be returned due to their nature. However, if there is a genuine issue with your colony or queen, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve it.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
